- Liaise with internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders

Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar executive support role
- Previous experience in a manpower, recruitment, or security services company is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience supporting senior executives
