- Handle guest concerns and ensure excellent customer service
- Prepare operational reports and maintain camp records
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental policies
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Camp Boss, Camp Manager, or similar hospitality/facilities management role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of camp operations, catering, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Excellent communication and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report preparation
- Ability to work in remote locations and rotational schedules if required
- Relevant certifications in hospitality, facilities management, or HSE are an advantage

Job Summary
