Administrative Tasks
- Maintain organized filing systems and office records.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and phone calls.
- Organize meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements.
Human Resources Support
- Assist with recruitment processes including job postings and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Track attendance and leave records.
- Support payroll preparation and staff benefit administration.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are properly followed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- **1–3 years of experience in an Admin or HR role.**
- Strong knowledge of office and HR procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
