Job Overview

  • We are looking for a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to join our Real Estate Development team and ensure the efficient management of daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Chairman's calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Organize travel arrangements and maintain confidential records.
  • Handle administrative and executive support tasks.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive/Chairman Secretary, preferably in the real estate development industry.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 2 years of Executive Secretary experience (Required).
