- Strong clerical skills including document preparation, filing, data entry, and records management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in company secretarial work and executive administrative assistance
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work under pressure
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field preferred
- Fluency in English

Company Description
- Ali Bin Ali Hospital is a privately owned healthcare facility led by a Saudi family with around 5 years of experience.
- Offers 45 consulting clinics covering a wide range of medical and surgical specialties.
- Equipped with 4 operating rooms, catheterization laboratory, emergency department, and 6 labor and delivery rooms.
- Includes 10 ICU beds for adults, 15 ICU beds for premature babies and newborns, radiology department, and fully equipped laboratory.
Role Description
- Provide high level administrative support to senior leadership including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing appointments.
- Prepare and format correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain confidential files and ensure proper documentation and record keeping.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries, routing information to appropriate departments.
- Organize meetings and events, preparing agendas and minutes.

Qualifications
- Saudi nationality.
- Strong clerical skills including document preparation, filing, data entry, and records management.

- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Previous experience as Executive Secretary or similar role; healthcare experience an advantage.
