Executive - SCM

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join our dynamic team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the supply chain operations, directly impacting the overall performance and success of the company.

As an Executive - SCM, you will be responsible for overseeing various facets of supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, logistics coordination, and vendor relations.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as production, sales, and finance to align supply chain strategies with business objectives and customer demands.

• Manage day-to-day supply chain operations to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock analysis, and implement measures to optimize inventory turnover while minimizing costs.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal teams to forecast demand and plan supply accordingly.
• Analyze supply chain data and metrics to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and sustainability practices in all supply chain activities.

• A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in supply chain or procurement roles, demonstrating strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with supply chain software and tools to manage procurement and inventory.
• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
