Sales -Coordinator

• Coordinate and schedule sales appointments and meetings to optimize the sales team's time and resources.
• Prepare, verify, and process sales orders accurately and promptly.
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
• Collaborate with the marketing and customer service departments to ensure alignment on client communications and promotional activities.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and assist in the development of sales forecasts.
• Provide excellent internal customer service to the sales team by responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Support the onboarding process for new sales staff by managing equipment and resource allocation.

• Previous experience in a sales support or coordination role is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and MS Office applications.
