About the Role
Dizzaract FZ LLC seeks a Business Assistant to the CEO to act as a force multiplier, owning execution tracking, decision pipelines, and cross-team follow-through across gaming, AI, and product initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Act as the CEO’s primary leverage point by managing priorities, deadlines, and information flow
- Join key meetings to capture decisions, action items, owners, due dates, and dependencies
- Maintain a single source of truth across ClickUp, Jira, or Notion with weekly sprint views and RAG status
- Own the CEO’s calendar end to end: agenda setting, pre reads, desired outcomes
- Track key initiatives across gaming, AI, and product teams to ensure accountability
- Support board meeting prep, investor updates, and partnership materials
- Implement a lightweight operating rhythm: weekly planning, weekly review, and KPI snapshots
- Draft, review, and manage high stakes communication on behalf of the CEO
- Manage selected personal and business tasks: document management, banking coordination, tracking recurring payments
- Coordinate visas, insurance, book flights and hotels
Requirements
- Experience as a Business Assistant, Chief of Staff, or Operations Lead at a high growth startup, Big Tech, or gaming/AI company
- Deep knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Notion, Lark)
- Proven experience implementing OKRs, weekly sprints, or similar performance frameworks
- Ability to capture decisions and action items live in meetings
- Experience coordinating with external stakeholders (investors, partners)
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- Must be located in Abu Dhabi, UAE, or willing to relocate
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real world experience

Requirements

- Previous experience as a Chief of Staff or Force Multiplier role in a startup scaling from MVP to mass market
