Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of coordination between the Owners, Partners, and all business units
- Translate management decisions into actionable tasks and implementation plans
- Ensure all directives from management are communicated clearly and executed effectively
- Track the progress of strategic initiatives and report implementation status to management
- Follow up with department heads to ensure timely completion of assigned actions
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Sales, Projects, Manufacturing, and Administration departments
- Monitor interdepartmental activities and resolve execution bottlenecks
- Conduct regular follow ups with department heads on pending tasks and commitments
- Ensure consistency in implementation of company policies and management decisions
- Develop and maintain action trackers and management dashboards
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management
- Monitor departmental KPIs and ensure accountability for deliverables
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership or executive coordination role
- Strong project management and operational coordination experience
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple departments and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with ERP systems and project management tools is an advantage
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
