Job Description – Executive – Civil

Company: K Raheja Corp Location: Pune Project: Commercial IT Park Experience: 8+ Years Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech – Civil Engineering

### Key Responsibilities - Execute and monitor day-to-day civil works as per approved drawings and specifications. - Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams. - Monitor RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, and finishing activities. - Ensure quality, safety, and timely completion of assigned works. - Check measurements, quantities, and contractor bills. - Review drawings and coordinate for site-related clarifications. - Track daily progress and report project updates. - Coordinate with MEP teams for smooth integration of services.

### Desired Skills - Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution. - Good understanding of drawings, BOQ, measurements, and quality standards. - Proficiency in **AutoCAD and MS Office**. - Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in **commercial / IT Park projects** will be preferred.
