Assistant Manager - Engineering

Responsibilities
- To assist the project manager in the civil works at site.
- Supervise civil and structural works as per consultant drawings.
- To ensure receipt of right quality and quantity of material and testing of the same.
- Regular reporting of material status and progress of work at site.
- Keeping track of bills and ensures timely payments to contractors.
- Experience in Execution of Institutional buildings and International Quality Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of civil works, supervision of contractor’s work, measurements, billing & liaison with statutory bodies.
- Knowledge of MS Projects, Computerized Project Planning Techniques and modern construction practices
