- Lead end to end preparation for executive meetings by synthesizing account context, competitive dynamics, objectives, and stakeholder insights into high quality briefing materials
- Design scalable executive engagement programs, including frameworks, operating models, and governance structures
- Partner with GTM and field teams to ensure executive involvement is effectively sequenced into strategic deals, customer relationships, and key commercial moments
- Identify gaps in executive relationship coverage and proactively strengthen multi threaded engagement across critical enterprise accounts
- Build reusable playbooks and standards that elevate executive engagement capabilities across the broader GTM organization
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in roles such as chief of staff, executive engagement, strategic programs, management consulting, sales, or similar disciplines with exposure to C suite stakeholders
- Strong executive level writing and communication skills
- Proven ability to design and scale programs, operating cadences, or frameworks in complex, cross functional environments
- Experience working closely with senior leaders and influencing outcomes without formal authority
- Demonstrated ability to prepare executives for high stakes meetings and engagements with enterprise customers or partners
- Strong business judgment, stakeholder management skills, and comfort navigating ambiguity
- High executive presence, with the ability to represent leadership effectively
- Preferred: experience in executive advisory, strategic GTM programs, or enterprise sales environments within high growth technology companies
- Preferred: familiarity with CRM systems and data driven relationship tracking
- Preferred: exposure to consulting or investment banking environments with strong client facing responsibilities
