Role Overview
Oversee and implement health, safety, and environmental systems at construction project sites.
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company HSE policies, client requirements, and project safety standards.
Promote a strong safety culture across the project.
Health and Site Safety Management
- Implement project-specific HSE plans, procedures, and safety management systems.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and audits.
- Monitor day-to-day construction activities for safe execution.
- Supervise work at height, lifting operations, hot work, confined-space entry, excavation, and electrical work.
- Ensure proper availability and use of PPE by site personnel.
Risk and Permit Systems
- Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment and Job Safety Analysis for construction activities.
- Implement and monitor Permit to Work systems.
- Recommend preventive and corrective actions for identified risks.
