- We are looking for a strong Executive Operations Director to lead the operational structure of a company specialized in luxury interior design, turnkey fit-out, contracting, and high-end furnishing projects.
- هذا الدور يتطلب شخصية قيادية تمتلك خبرة عميقة في إدارة شركات التصميم والتنفيذ (Turnkey Projects) وقادرة على قيادة العمليات وتحويل الرؤية التصميمية إلى مشاريع منفذة بأعلى المعايير.
- This role requires a leader with proven experience in turnkey interior projects, capable of managing operations and transforming design vision into successfully delivered projects.

- سيكون مدير العمليات مسؤولاً عن إدارة جميع الأقسام التشغيلية للشركة بما يشمل:
- The Operations Director will be responsible for managing all core operational departments, including:
- قسم التصميم \| Design Department
- قسم المشاريع والتنفيذ \| Projects & Execution Department
- قسم المبيعات وتطوير الأعمال \| Sales & Business Development
- مع ضمان التكامل الكامل بين هذه الأقسام لتحقيق أفضل أداء تشغيلي للمشاريع.
- Ensuring full coordination between departments to achieve optimal project performance.
- المهام والمسؤوليات \| Key Responsibilities
- القيادة الكاملة للعمليات التشغيلية للشركة
- Lead the company’s operational structure
- إدارة دورة المشروع بالكامل من التصميم حتى التنفيذ والتسليم
- Manage the full project lifecycle from design to final delivery
- الإشراف على فرق التصميم والتنفيذ والمبيعات
- Oversee design, execution, and sales teams
- ضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية ومعايير الجودة
- Ensure project timelines and quality standards are maintained
- إدارة التكاليف وتحسين الكفاءة التشغيلية
- Control project costs and improve operational efficiency
- تطوير الأنظمة والإجراءات التشغيلية للشركة
- Develop and improve internal operational systems
- إدارة عدة مشاريع في وقت واحد
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- رفع تقارير أداء وتشغيل للإدارة العليا
- Report operational performance to senior management
- المؤهلات المطلوبة \| Requirements
- خبرة قوية في شركات التصميم الداخلي أو المقاولات أو الـ Fit-Out
- Strong experience in interior design, contracting, or fit-out companies
- خبرة في إدارة مشاريع Turnkey (تصميم + تنفيذ + مفروشات)
- Proven experience managing turnkey interior projects
- خبرة في مشاريع الفلل الفاخرة والمشاريع التجارية
- Experience with luxury villas and commercial projects
- قدرة عالية على قيادة فرق متعددة التخصصات
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- مهارات قوية في إدارة العمليات والمشاريع
- Strong operations and project management skills
- شخصية قيادية قادرة على اتخاذ القرار والعمل تحت الضغط
- Strong leadership and decision-making ability
