Role Overview
Serve as Executive Director - Office Development for complex commercial office development initiatives.
Work across internal leadership, external advisors, and public-sector stakeholders to drive alignment and delivery.
Help shape development plans that support broader business priorities.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning and end-to-end execution of office development initiatives.
- Oversee budgets, timelines, and delivery quality across multiple development projects.
- Coordinate approvals with internal teams, consultants, and government stakeholders.
- Drive risk management, compliance, and governance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Mentor senior project leaders and align development plans with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Hold a bachelor's degree in real estate, engineering, business, or a related field.
- Have 15+ years of relevant experience leading large-scale real estate or office development projects, including mixed-use commercial office assets.
- Demonstrate financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and investment evaluation.
- Have deep knowledge of development approvals, governance, regulatory compliance, and the stage gate process.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and senior external stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with corporate headquarters or campus developments is preferred.
- Experience with landlord or developer-side delivery or occupier-side workplace development is preferred.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or the broader GCC real estate development environment is preferred.
