Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional qualifications (e.g., RICS, MCIOB) are highly desirable
- 15+ years of experience in commercial management within the large scale construction development sector, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven expertise in contract negotiation, commercial strategy development, and risk management
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi million dollar project budgets and forecasts
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, complex, and multicultural environment
- Experience with Middle Eastern construction markets and relevant regulatory environments is preferred
- Proficiency in commercial management software and project management tools
