Responsibilities
- Draft, execute, and track lease and sales agreements, renewals, and terminations
- Monitor accounts receivable, track rental payments, manage bounced cheques, and coordinate with Finance
- Maintain accurate records of occupancy, unit availability, and tenant financial profiles in property management systems
- Ensure sales and lease files are complete and compliant with regulations
- Act as primary operational contact for unit handovers, move in/move out clearances, fit out requests, and contract queries
- Support preparation of reports, summaries, and presentations on leasing performance, occupancy, and collections
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in real estate operations, leasing administration, or property management
- Hands on experience with property or enterprise systems such as Yardi, Oracle, or similar
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy

Role Overview
- Parsons is looking for an experienced and talented Executive, Commercial Operations to join our team in Doha, Qatar!
- In this role, you will streamline the leasing and sales lifecycle, lease/sales administration, and revenue collection processes across the property portfolio.
- Focus on maximizing data integrity, securing timely collections, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing day to day tenant transactions.
What You'll Be Doing
- Drafting, executing, and tracking lease and sales agreements, renewals, and terminations in full alignment with local regulations and company policies.
- Monitoring accounts receivable, tracking rental payments, managing bounced cheques, and coordinating with Finance to minimize aging debts.
- Maintaining accurate, real time records of occupancy, unit availability, and tenant financial profiles within property management systems.
- Ensuring all sales and lease files are complete and compliant, including valid commercial registrations, trade licenses, QIDs, and relevant municipality registrations.
- Acting as the primary operational contact for unit handovers, move in/move out clearances, fit out requests, and contract related queries.
- Supporting the preparation of reports, summaries, and presentations related to leasing performance, occupancy, and collections.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as needed, and managing priorities with minimal guidance.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in real estate operations, leasing administration, or property management.
- Hands on experience working with property or enterprise systems such as Yardi, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and good working knowledge of other MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Effective team player with strong interpersonal skills.
