Executive Assistant (US Shift)
Clifford Chance seeks an Executive Assistant (US Shift) to provide dedicated support to GBS stakeholders. The role involves managing executive and administrative tasks, including inbox management, calendar and meeting management, travel management, and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive assistance to allocated stakeholders
- Manage inbox, calendar, and meeting logistics
- Organise travel itineraries, including flights, rail, taxis, hotels, visas, and travel insurance
- Submit claims and assist with invoice processing, purchase orders, and budget tracking
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including reports, presentations, and correspondences
- Support stakeholders by researching, compiling, and analysing project data
- Maintain the highest level of discretion and professionalism
- Work closely with stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication
- Assist with various ad-hoc tasks, including onboarding new hires, managing distribution lists, organising off-sites and team gatherings, and supporting stakeholder upskilling initiatives
Qualifications and Experiences
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/MBA from a reputed institute preferred
- 8+ years of experience, preferably in a multinational organisation with cross-cultural exposure
- Proven experience supervising teams in a professional services environment
