Executive Assistant to the CEO

Correspondence and Communication

• Manage the CEO's emails, correspondence, and communications and draft official letters and business correspondence.
• Facilitate communication between the CEO and departments while handling confidential and sensitive information discreetly.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to requests and communications.

Reports, Travel, and Support

• Prepare reports, presentations, briefing materials, files, documents, and records for executive use.
• Arrange business travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, meeting schedules, and visit plans.
• Provide administrative support for executive assignments and special projects.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Communicate professionally with Board members, executives, clients, partners, government entities, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the CEO's office professionally and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Performance Indicators

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in executive assistance, executive secretary, personal assistant, or a similar role.
• Previous experience supporting a CEO, C-level executive, or senior management is highly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Professionalism, discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to handle pressure and sensitive matters.
