Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Riyadh for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.
In this role, you will manage the CEO’s schedule, coordinate meetings, prepare detailed expense reports, and provide high-level executive administrative support.
Additional responsibilities include managing communications on behalf of the CEO, preparing documents and presentations, and assisting in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and comprehensive experience in Executive Support processes
- Strong skills in managing Expense Reports and task prioritization
- Expertise in Diary Management, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Capability in general Administrative Assistance, including preparing documents, managing records, and coordinating activities
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
