As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding our catering business and strengthening our presence across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Catering Manager to lead and grow our catering business in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia.
This role is responsible not only for planning and executing catering events, but also for driving catering revenue, developing new business opportunities, expanding client relationships, and ensuring that every event reflects the company’s standards of quality, service, and brand excellence.
The ideal candidate should combine strong operational catering experience with commercial awareness, client relationship management, team leadership, and the ability to build scalable catering processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of catering events.
- Develop and grow catering revenue through corporate clients, private events, government entities, hospitality partners, and large-scale functions.
- Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of catering services across the Kingdom.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Prepare catering proposals, quotations, menus, event plans, and service requirements in coordination with relevant departments.
- Manage catering teams before, during, and after events to ensure smooth execution and high service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen, operations, procurement, finance, logistics, and sales teams to ensure proper planning and cost control.
- Ensure all catering events are delivered according to company standards, food safety requirements, and customer expectations.
- Monitor event profitability, food cost, manpower cost, wastage, and operational efficiency.
- Handle client feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
- Develop and improve catering processes, checklists, service standards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Prepare regular reports on catering sales, confirmed events, pipeline opportunities, client feedback, revenue performance, and operational challenges.
- Support the development of catering packages, pricing models, and service offerings aligned with market demand.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in catering, food service, F&B operations, or hospitality management.
- Strong experience in managing catering events, teams, and client requirements.
- Commercial mindset with the ability to generate revenue and develop new business opportunities.
- Knowledge of food production, menu planning, service standards, and event logistics.
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple events, deadlines, and operational priorities.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Good understanding of cost control, pricing, event profitability, and operational efficiency.
- Experience in restaurants, hotels, hospitality, or large-scale catering is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Food & Beverage Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
- Based in Riyadh or willing to relocate.
