We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to act as the right hand to our CEO — a role that combines rigorous organisation, absolute discretion, and the poise to operate at the highest level of international hospitality.
Our CEO leads a fast-moving, multi-country business and travels extensively.
This is not a role that comes with detailed instructions.
The successful candidate will observe, anticipate, and take ownership — building their own understanding of the business, the priorities, and the people, and moving things forward without being asked twice.
What We Are Looking For
Someone who is always one step ahead.
A person who does not wait for instructions, who reads a room instantly, and who can be trusted with anything — from a last-minute schedule collapse in another time zone to a confidential family matter.
Discreet by instinct, warm with everyone, and impeccable in everything.
Executive Support
- Manage a complex, constantly shifting calendar across multiple time zones, with the judgement to protect the CEO's time and arbitrate competing priorities independently
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and engagements, ensuring the CEO arrives prepared for each one
- Prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, and supporting documents — often with minimal brief
- Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the CEO, in English and French
- Track commitments and action items across the business and follow up until closed
- Act as a trusted point of contact between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders, filtering and prioritising with sound judgement
Travel & Logistics
- Coordinate complex international travel, itineraries, accommodation, and ground transportation to a standard consistent with our positioning
