Position Overview
RIKAS Hospitality Group is seeking experienced and passionate Waiters and Waitresses.
The role provides attentive and professional service in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment.
Employment and Workplace
- The position is full-time.
- The role is based in Dubai, UAE and involves restaurant service duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive, and professional service.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Explain menu dishes and ingredients and make recommendations.
- Set and maintain tables throughout service.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and other team members.
- Anticipate guest needs and handle requests professionally.
- Follow restaurant service standards and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant and service areas.
Candidate Profile
- Previous Waiter or Waitress experience is required, preferably in a high-end or fine-dining restaurant.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Excellent grooming and presentation are required.
- Candidates should be positive, energetic, guest-focused, and able to work under pressure as part of a team.
- Good food and beverage knowledge is required.
- UAE experience is advantageous.
- French fluency is a plus.
