Position Summary
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership.
Manage calendars, correspondence, meetings, and travel while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
The role requires discretion, organization, and the ability to anticipate executive needs.
Calendar and Time Management
- Manage and prioritize the executive’s calendar and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Coordinate meetings across time zones and departments.
- Prepare daily and weekly schedules with relevant briefing materials.
Communication and Correspondence
- Draft, proofread, and manage emails and letters on behalf of the executive.
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications.
- Act as a liaison between the executive and internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Meeting and Event Support
- Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
- Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, board sessions, and offsite events.
- Ensure timely distribution of materials before and after meetings.
Travel and Logistics
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
- Prepare travel expense reports and reconcile costs.
Documents and Records
- Maintain confidential files and records with strict discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
- Track deadlines and follow up on outstanding action items.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar or scheduling tools.
- High discretion when handling confidential information.

Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,500–5,000 per month.
Work Location
