Requirements
- Strong Personal Assistance skills, including proactive support, task prioritization, and discretion
- Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance supporting senior leaders
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Effective Diary Management capabilities
- Solid Clerical Skills such as document formatting, data entry, filing, and record keeping
- High level of digital literacy, including proficiency with office productivity tools and video conferencing platforms
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English
- Relevant education such as secondary school diploma; additional training or degree in administration, management, or related field is an advantage

Role Description
- The Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant will provide high level administrative and organizational support to senior leadership and project teams within PSAA in a full time, remote capacity.
- Daily tasks include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing virtual events, coordinating travel, handling correspondence and document preparation in Portuguese and English, maintaining files, preparing reports and presentations, supporting project coordination, and ensuring smooth commun
- The role requires a proactive, detail oriented professional who can work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
Qualifications
- Strong Personal Assistance skills, including proactive support, task prioritization, and discretion
- Proven experience in Executive Administrative Assistance supporting senior leaders
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Effective Diary Management capabilities
- Solid Clerical Skills such as document formatting, data entry, filing, and record keeping
- High level of digital literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and video conferencing platforms
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Fluency in Portuguese and good command of English
