Position Overview
- The Executive Assistant provides high level administrative support to senior executives by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and ensuring efficient daily operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Schedule and organize complex meetings and executive priorities.
- Manage emails, calls, and internal/external correspondence.
- Prepare agendas, organize logistics, and record minutes and action items.
- Arrange travel bookings, itineraries, accommodation, and events.
- Create executive reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and summaries.
- Maintain filing systems, expense reports, and administrative records.
- Liaise with clients, partners, and internal departments.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
