- Design and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Analyze and redesign workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Oversee deployment of ERP, CRM, cloud, AI, and automation tools.
- Ensure successful adoption through training, communication, and stakeholder alignment.
- Define KPIs and track transformation impact and ROI.
- Manage budgets, timelines, risks, and cross functional initiatives.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend digital solutions.
- Introduce emerging technologies and drive continuous improvement.
