Position Overview

  • The Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant provides high level administrative and operational support to executives, senior managers, and business leaders.
  • This role ensures efficient daily operations by managing schedules, coordinating communications, preparing documents, organizing meetings, and supporting executive decision making activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior leaders
  • Manage daily schedules, priorities, and appointments
  • Coordinate executive meetings and business activities
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Manage complex calendars and meeting arrangements
  • Schedule internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate appointments across multiple time zones
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently
  • Prepare agendas and meeting materials
  • Manage emails, correspondence, and business communications
  • Draft professional documents, presentations, and reports
  • Coordinate communication between executives and stakeholders

Education & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, Office Administration, Hospitality Management, or related disciplines
  • Experience in executive assistance, administrative support, office coordination, customer service, business operations support, or corporate administration
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
  • Familiarity with Calendar Management Systems, CRM Platforms, Document Management Systems, Collaboration Tools (Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, Asana, Trello)
