Executive Assistant II

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior leadership team.

The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple C-suites and their priorities, demonstrating strong communication skills, and maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.

This role requires a proactive, resourceful individual with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate complex and detailed travel arrangements efficiently.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Prepare and support with reports, documents, and presentations for town halls, meetings, and summits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and emotional maturity.
• Anticipate the needs of executives, demonstrating a proactive and ‘two steps ahead’ mindset.
• Resolve issues swiftly and effectively by thinking on your feet and maintaining composure under pressure.
• Utilize G-Suite applications (Google Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides) to enhance productivity and collaboration.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and propose innovative solutions as a forward-thinking contributor.
• Support the executive team with ad hoc projects, events,and operational support as needed.
• Support with and lead on event management / team.
• Work closely with the EA team to ensure consistency and seamless organization.
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting C-suite management
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with a proactive attitude and also thrive in a team environment
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and discretion in handling confidential matters
• Proficiency in G-Suite and other office productivity tools
• Flexible, adaptable, and capable of maintaining composure in dynamic, fast-paced environments
