Role Overview
Delivery Hero is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Executive Assistant.
The role provides comprehensive support to senior leadership and multiple C-suite executives.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, and detailed travel arrangements.
- Prioritize multiple tasks and projects with strong attention to detail.
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations for leadership events and meetings.
- Maintain relationships with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and emotional maturity.
- Anticipate executive needs and resolve issues under pressure.
- Use G-Suite applications to support productivity and collaboration.
- Identify process improvements and propose innovative solutions.
- Support ad hoc projects, events, and operational activities.
- Coordinate with the Executive Assistant team for consistent organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-suite management.
- Exceptional organization and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a proactive attitude.
