Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and business schedules
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, transportation, and detailed itineraries
- Prepare professional presentations, reports, business correspondence, and meeting materials
- Serve as the primary point of contact between senior management and internal as well as external stakeholders
- Welcome and coordinate VIP guests, business partners, and international visitors
- Ensure executive meetings are efficiently organized with meeting rooms, materials, and hospitality arrangements
- Take accurate meeting minutes and monitor follow up actions
- Handle confidential business information with absolute discretion and integrity
- Coordinate with various departments to support executive priorities and strategic initiatives
- Anticipate executive needs, proactively resolve issues, and ensure smooth day to day operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 2–5 years of Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or Personal Assistant experience supporting senior leadership
- Previous experience in an international, multinational, luxury, hospitality, or corporate environment is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Candidates must currently be based in Dubai, UAE

About the Role

- Handle confidential business information with absolute discretion and integrity.
- Coordinate with various departments to support executive priorities and strategic initiatives.

- Maintain organized documentation, filing systems, and administrative records.
- Support special projects, corporate events, and executive initiatives as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of Executive Assistant, Executive Coordinator, or Personal Assistant experience supporting senior leadership.
- Previous experience in an international, multinational, luxury, hospitality, or corporate environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English is mandatory. Additional language skills such as Spanish, Russian, Romanian are desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Outstanding organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance with exceptional interpersonal and guest relations skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Strong problem solving mindset with the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Candidates must currently be based in Dubai, UAE
