Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate and arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, screening calls, emails, and visitors
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations for executive decision making
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation
- Organize and prepare for board meetings, executive retreats, and other key events
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems
- Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues
- Foster strong working relationships with internal departments and external partners
Requirements
- Experience in executive support or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Proficiency in office software and systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Coordinate and arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries.
- Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, screening calls, emails, and visitors, and directing them appropriately.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed for executive decision making.
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and other financial documentation, ensuring timely submission and accuracy.
- Organize and prepare for board meetings, executive retreats, and other key events, including logistics and materials.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and easy retrieval of information.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address potential issues, offering solutions and support to the executive team.
- Foster strong working relationships with internal departments and external partners.
