Executive Support Responsibilities
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, schedules, and daily priorities.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, invitations, agendas, arrangements, minutes, and action-point follow-up.
- Manage correspondence, emails, documents, reports, presentations, spreadsheets, letters, and business communications.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, transportation, and itineraries.
- Maintain filing systems, records, trackers, schedules, and confidential documentation.
- Coordinate with departments, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Monitor deadlines, pending tasks, commitments, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
- Anticipate executive requirements and provide administrative, operational, and coordination support.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in executive assistance, personal assistance, executive secretarial, management assistance, or a similar role.
- Previous support experience for a Managing Director, CEO, General Manager, or senior executive is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- Strong organization, time management, prioritization, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and business documents.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and work independently.

Schedule
- Working days and hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 hours per day.

- The role is currently based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
