Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support in managing day-to-day personal and professional activities. The ideal candidate should be highly responsible, efficient, and comfortable handling both office and personal tasks with confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the employer’s daily calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle routine management, including daily schedules and reminders.
- Coordinate and make travel arrangements such as flight, hotel, and transport bookings.
- Manage personal errands and household-related tasks as required.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails in a professional manner.
- Assist in event coordination, reservations, and other personal commitments.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth coordination between personal and professional engagements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good knowledge of travel and booking procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online scheduling tools.
