Architect / Senior Architect

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs from concept to completion.
• Prepare detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and related design tools.
• Conduct site visits and feasibility studies.
• Coordinate with clients and present design proposals.
• Collaborate with structural engineers, contractors, and consultants.
• Ensure designs comply with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Supervise construction progress and resolve design-related issues.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture is required.
• Requires at least 6 years of experience as an Architect.
• Licensed Architect status is preferred or required where applicable by region.
• Requires proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
• Requires strong visual awareness, attention to detail, communication, and project management skills.
