Requirements
- Strong experience in executive support to senior leadership / top management
- Experience attending management and board level meetings
- Ability to prepare accurate Minutes of Meeting and action trackers
- Strong follow up on meeting decisions, deadlines, and action points
- Proficiency in preparing professional PowerPoint presentations and reports
- Experience coordinating board meetings, agendas, documents, and schedules
- Basic knowledge of legal and governance matters related to board meetings
- Strong communication, confidentiality, and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a professional environment
- Arabic speaking
