About the Role
G Middle East is seeking an Executive Assistant & Marketing Strategist to support the CEO with strategic leadership, business support, and marketing initiatives. The role requires 5+ years of experience in executive support or marketing strategy, and a bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the CEO's trusted advisor and strategic partner
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's schedule, meetings, travel, and key commitments
- Organize executive communications, reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Ensure priorities are aligned and critical action items are followed through
- Anticipate challenges and proactively provide solutions
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Act as an extension of the CEO and maintain continuity when the CEO is away
- Coordinate strategic initiatives across departments and ensure successful execution
- Facilitate CEO communication between teams, clients, suppliers, and partners
- Assist in high level business development efforts and client relationship management
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational efficiency
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for G Middle East and TOOLBOX
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Senior Executive Assistant, Project Management, Marketing Strategy, or Business Operations role
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
- Highly resourceful, proactive, and capable of working independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, MS365, and AI tools
- Experience within events, marketing, advertising, media or creative industries is highly preferred
- UAE driving license is an advantage

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: AED 10,000 – AED 13,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and qualifications)
