Role Overview

  • The Account Manager is the main client point of contact, responsible for managing relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring successful event delivery aligned with expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the agency
  • Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable plans
  • Manage client communication, presentations, and approvals
  • Upsell services and identify new business opportunities
  • Oversee budgets, proposals, and contracts
  • Work closely with project and production teams to ensure delivery
  • Ensure client satisfaction and handle feedback or issues
  • Lead post event reporting and debriefs

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in event agencies, advertising, or marketing
  • Strong client servicing and relationship management skills
  • Commercial awareness and budgeting experience
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously

Employment Type
