Overview
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Line Manager in daily administrative activities in a timely manner. The incumbent is also responsible for managing the Line Manager's communication in a professional manner.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact between the Line Manager and internal or external stakeholders for information requests.
- Manage calls by connecting the Line Manager with required callers and vice versa.
- Organize meetings in liaison with concerned parties to ensure meetings are properly planned.
- Draft reports, memos, circulars, and other correspondence as required.
- Translate documents from Arabic to English and vice versa to maintain message content, context, and style.
- Handle information processing, filing, archiving, and retrieval.
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate with Facilities Management or Procurement and Contracts.
- Manage travel and accommodation services for the Line Manager.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Fluency in Arabic and English
