Role Description
This is a temporary on-site Executive Assistant role located in Dubai.
The Executive Assistant will provide administrative and executive-level support to leadership.
Responsibilities include managing expense reports, scheduling meetings, organizing documents, coordinating communications, and providing day-to-day administrative assistance to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
- Skilled in offering Executive Support and managing confidential information
- Excellent Communication skills, with strong verbal and written proficiency
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and adapt to dynamic work environments
- Knowledge of office management tools and standard software applications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
