- Generate and qualify leads, and support sales initiatives
- Communicate with prospective and existing customers, respond to inquiries, and ensure positive customer experience
- Analyze market and customer data, prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to drive growth
- Maintain accurate records in company systems and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and customer service standards
Requirements
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret market data, customer trends, and performance metrics
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Market Research
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast paced, engineering and quality focused environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting software is preferred
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Prior experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or technical sales is an advantage
