Requirements
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and executive support
- General Administration and Administrative Assistance skills for handling documentation, filing, office coordination, and task follow up
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic email and scheduling tools
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact with senior leaders, colleagues, and external partners in a professional manner.
- 0–2 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably in an industrial, engineering, or corporate environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic email and scheduling tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in the region are an advantage.
