Role Overview
As a Director of Excess Casualty Claims at Reserv, you will oversee a team of specialists handling high-severity commercial auto excess casualty claims that may exceed primary policy limits.
This is a critical leadership role where you will ensure technical excellence, operational efficiency, and consistent delivery of Reserv's modern, data-driven claims experience.
The ideal candidate blends deep casualty expertise, strong leadership, and a comfort with technology — guiding a high-performing team in a fast-moving environment where automation handles administrative tasks and humans focus on complex decision-making.
You will serve a critical role with the team, the customers, and the client, maintaining high quality standards and compliance with regulatory, internal, and external contractual SLAs.
