Technical Project Manager

Own and drive end-to-end projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.

Own and drive agile adoption and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data driven decision making.

Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand technical requirements and validate projects and integrations (e.g., RESTful APIs, cloud environments, data migrations).

Serve as the primary liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex concepts into actionable plans and monitor progress.

Create and maintain clear documentation, playbooks, and guides for both internal teams and external partners

Improve and scale onboarding frameworks to streamline implementation and reduce time-to-value.

Proactively identify and resolve blockers, aligning cross-functional priorities and ensuring project momentum.

Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring integrations deliver operational value and enhance user experience.
