We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Examination Officer to oversee the planning, administration, and delivery of all internal and external examinations.
The role involves managing examination entries, timetables, invigilators, results processing, compliance with awarding body regulations, and maintaining accurate examination records and data systems.
Working closely with senior leaders, staff, students, parents, and examination boards, the successful candidate will ensure the efficient, secure, and compliant operation of the school's examination processes while providing expert guidance on assessment and examination procedures.
Number of years of experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as Exam Officer in an international School
Specialized trainings required: School Examination, Assessment, Reporting
Competency requirements:
Good organizational and planning skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills with a range of stakeholders
Ability to priorities workload and meet deadlines
An understanding of multiple IT systems
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent ICT Skills – MS Office
Good analytical and numerical ability
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills – working with staff, students and parents
High level of personal organization, and the ability to work without close supervision
Calm, confident attitude, ability to adapt quickly to different situations and a good level of common sense
Ability to work in a team and on your own
Experience of dealing with confidential issues
