Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Education
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Exam Officer in an international School
- Bilingual (Arabic and English)
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
- Understanding of multiple IT systems
- Excellent ICT Skills – MS Office
- Good analytical and numerical ability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High level of personal organization and ability to work without close supervision
- Calm, confident attitude and ability to adapt quickly

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Examination Officer to oversee the planning, administration, and delivery of all internal and external examinations.
- The role involves managing examination entries, timetables, invigilators, results processing, compliance with awarding body regulations, and maintaining accurate examination records and data systems.
- Working closely with senior leaders, staff, students, parents, and examination boards, the successful candidate will ensure the efficient, secure, and compliant operation of the school's examination processes while providing expert guidance on assessment and examination procedures.
Qualifications
- Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor Degree in Education
- Number of years of experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as Exam Officer in an international School
- Specialized trainings required: School Examination, Assessment, Reporting

- Good organizational and planning skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a range of stakeholders
