Role Overview
Peaksy Adventure Park & Restaurant is seeking a motivated, results-driven Events Sales Coordinator.
The role supports event and group bookings for the Yas Bay, Abu Dhabi venue.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
- Generate new event and group booking opportunities.
- Contact database prospects to promote events, packages, and offerings.
- Conduct outbound calls and follow up with leads to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Promote birthday parties, corporate events, school trips, group bookings, and other packages.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and corporate clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and event packages.
- Coordinate with Operations and Events teams for smooth event execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and follow-up activities.
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer engagement.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of sales experience in hospitality, restaurants, events, or family entertainment centers.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong telesales, customer service, and negotiation skills.
- Experience calling and managing customer databases is highly preferred.
