About the Role
Van Cleef & Arpels seeks an experienced Events Manager to lead high-end event planning and execution across the region. The role requires expertise in luxury events, project management, and cross-functional collaboration to create memorable brand experiences.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual events strategy and calendar in line with Maison’s objectives
- Plan and deliver exceptional events on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Retail and other cross functional teams to create engaging client and business experiences
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless coordination from concept through execution
- Lead and support event teams, external agencies and suppliers to ensure operational excellence
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver successful events
- Manage event budgets, supplier negotiations and cost control while maximizing value
- Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards and operational procedures
- Contribute innovative ideas to continuously elevate the Maison’s events and client experiences

- Extensive experience managing high end events within the luxury industry
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to balance creativity with operational excellence
