- Act as the UAE liaison for Client Experience & Treatment, ensuring consistent deployment of regional strategies and Maison standards
- Coordinate and execute client experience and omnichannel initiatives in collaboration with cross functional teams
- Drive client engagement through tailored treatment actions, VIP experiences, and local partnerships
- Oversee gifting programs and client tools, ensuring effective targeting, distribution, and tracking
- Monitor budgets and operations, including expense tracking, purchase orders, and process coordination
