About the Role
Van Cleef & Arpels is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Events Executive to support the planning and execution of events, exhibitions, and client experiences in Dubai.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute events, exhibitions and client experiences from planning through completion
- Manage suppliers, agencies and logistics to ensure seamless event delivery
- Prepare event briefs, timelines and post event reports while tracking project progress
- Monitor budgets, process purchase orders and invoices, and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with Market Marketing, Retail, Operations and Regional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to Maison standards

- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with different stakeholders
- Experience in event coordination or related field

In This Function
- You will coordinate and execute events, exhibitions and client experiences from planning through completion, bringing a creative opinion while ensuring excellence in execution.
- You will manage suppliers, agencies and logistics to ensure seamless event delivery, following internal processes.
- You will prepare event briefs, timelines and post event reports while tracking project progress.
- You will monitor budgets, process purchase orders and invoices, and maintain accurate documentation.
- You will collaborate 360° with Market Marketing, Retail, Operations and Regional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and according to Maison standards.
